1The service

Major Scrims provides a community website: tournaments with drop maps, a leaderboard, a statistics dashboard and a way to contact staff. The Discord bot keeps website access in sync with the Verified role in our server.

Major Scrims is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Epic Games or Discord. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.

2Account and verification

• You need a Discord account, must meet the minimum age required by Discord and Epic Games, and must follow their rules and our server's rules.
• Your server nickname must be your Epic Games name. Impersonating someone else is not allowed.
• Staff may remove the verification or access of anyone who breaks these terms or the server rules.

3Tournaments and spot marking

• Only players qualified for a tournament, by role or by the qualified list, can mark drop spots.
• Marking closes at the start time set by staff. After that, only staff can change the map.
• There is a limit of actions per minute to keep the map stable. Trying to bypass it is not allowed.
• Staff decisions about a tournament are final. Event-specific rules and prizes are the ones announced for that event or on Discord.
• Major Scrims may change, postpone or cancel events when needed.

4Conduct

You may not:

• Cheat, impersonate another player or manipulate results and statistics.
• Harass, insult or discriminate against others in comments or spots.
• Spam, automate actions on the website, scrape data in bulk or exploit bugs.
• Try to access areas or data without permission.

5Content you post

Comments and spots you create remain yours, but you allow Major Scrims to display them on the website. Staff may remove content that breaks these terms.

6Leaderboard and statistics

Statistics come from scrim records and may contain errors. If you find something wrong, let staff know. Rankings and rank roles follow Major Scrims' criteria for each season.

7Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the website online, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee of continuous operation. To the extent permitted by law, Major Scrims is not liable for losses caused by instability, data errors or the unavailability of Discord, Epic Games or our providers.

8Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the version in force. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Questions: use the contact page on our website or open a ticket in our Discord server.
